正确的煮水饺才能吃到最好的味道。咱家饺子一般不太容易煮破的。开水下入冻饺子,马上开始搅拌,让水饺在水中飘起来,不能让饺子粘锅底,搅拌一会看起来不能粘了,就盖上盖,开锅后加一杯冷水大概200cc左右盖好盖,第二次开锅后再加一杯冷水200cc左右盖盖,如果是素三鲜饺子,二次开锅就可以了。肉饺子需要再加一次冷水还是200cc左右,第三次开锅就熟了。一定不能放入饺子一直煮,这样就都煮破了。所有冻饺子都是这样,肉饺子需要加3次冷水,素饺子需要加2次冷水。搅拌不粘锅底是关键。
